ARRIVÉE™ Producer
Service Agreement
Section 1
Parties
This Producer Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between House Left LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as House Left Studio ("House Left Studio"), and the individual or entity identified at the time of payment or signature ("Producer").
By submitting payment for ARRIVÉE services or signing below, the Producer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Section 2
About ARRIVÉE
ARRIVÉE is a managed participant check-in and access control service operated by House Left Studio. It is not a self-service software product. House Left Studio configures, deploys, and supports the system for each client event.
ARRIVÉE provides role-based check-in by name, badge number, or QR code; zone access control; real-time staff dashboard; offline capability; optional ticketed entry; and a branded check-in interface featuring the Producer's logo and event name. All deployments include a "Powered by House Left Studio" credit in the interface footer. This credit is not removable.
The ARRIVÉE platform is proprietary technology of House Left LLC. ARRIVÉE and the unaccented ARRIVEE are trademarks of House Left LLC, with United States Patent and Trademark Office applications on file. No rights to the platform, its underlying code, or its trademarks are transferred to the Producer under any circumstances.
Section 3
Scope of Service
House Left Studio provides system configuration, pre-event setup and testing, and remote digital support from event open through close. For returning producers, Archive and Renew service is available between events.
The Producer is responsible for providing:
- A participant list in any standard format
- Event branding assets (logo and event name)
- On-site staff to operate the check-in interface
- On-site devices and internet connectivity (see Section 3.1)
3.1 Internet Connectivity
Reliable internet connectivity is essential to ARRIVÉE operation. The Producer is responsible for ensuring adequate internet access at the venue for the duration of the event.
Venue-provided Wi-Fi alone is not sufficient. The Producer shall arrange a backup internet connection — typically a mobile hotspot or dedicated cellular data device — capable of supporting the check-in interface independently of venue infrastructure. House Left Studio is not responsible for check-in delays, failures, or data loss caused by inadequate or interrupted internet connectivity.
Section 4
Platform Fee
The following service fees apply to all ARRIVÉE deployments regardless of the payment processing model selected:
- Single Event — first deployment for a new Producer$799 USD
- Return Engagement — applies after the first completed paid event with ARRIVÉE$399 USD
- Multi-Show / SeasonalInquire for custom pricing
Two or more independent ARRIVÉE systems running simultaneously for the same Producer are each priced as separate deployments at full price. The Return Engagement rate does not apply to concurrent deployments.
Platform fees are paid in full via Stripe at the time of intake before work begins. No configuration, setup, or list processing commences until payment is received.
Section 5
Ticket Payment Processing
When ticketing is activated for an event, the Producer selects one of two payment processing models at intake. Both models include a flat $1.50 service fee per ticket and a payment processing fee, both charged to the ticket buyer at checkout. The $1.50 service fee is retained by House Left Studio. The payment processing fee is passed through in full to cover the cost of transaction processing as charged by the payment processor at the time of purchase. House Left Studio retains no portion of the payment processing fee.
Payment processing fees are determined by the payment processor and are subject to change at the processor's discretion. House Left Studio is not responsible for changes to third-party processing fee structures.
5.1 Connected Account (Preferred)
The Producer operates their own Stripe account connected to the ARRIVÉE platform. Ticket revenue flows directly from buyers into the Producer's Stripe account. House Left Studio collects the $1.50 service fee per ticket automatically as a platform fee at the point of transaction. House Left Studio never holds, receives, or is responsible for the Producer's ticket revenue. Chargebacks, disputes, and refund obligations on ticket sales are the sole responsibility of the Producer.
To use the Connected Account model, the Producer must have an active Stripe account and complete the authorization process before deployment. House Left Studio will provide instructions at intake.
5.2 Managed Account (Fallback)
If the Producer does not have a Stripe account or does not wish to use the Connected Account model, the Managed Account applies. House Left Studio collects all ticket revenue on behalf of the Producer and disburses the face value of tickets sold to the Producer within five to seven (5–7) business days following the event. House Left Studio retains the $1.50 service fee per ticket.
Under the Managed Account model, the Producer acknowledges that House Left Studio is acting as a payment intermediary and not as a financial institution. House Left Studio's obligation is limited to disbursing collected revenue within the stated settlement period.
5.3 Ticket Refunds
Ticket refunds are subject to the payment processor's refund and dispute policies regardless of which model is selected. The Producer is responsible for communicating their refund policy to ticket buyers. House Left Studio does not issue refunds on the $1.50 service fee under any circumstances.
Section 6
Charitable Donations
ARRIVÉE includes an optional charitable donation feature that, when activated by the Producer, allows ticket buyers to add a voluntary donation to their order at checkout. The following terms apply when this feature is used:
- House Left Studio collects donation amounts and disburses the full donation amount to the Producer following the event, net of payment processing costs. House Left Studio retains no portion of charitable donations.
- The Producer is solely responsible for representing the charitable beneficiary accurately to ticket buyers, ensuring that donated funds are delivered to the intended recipient, and complying with all applicable laws governing charitable solicitation and fundraising in their jurisdiction.
- House Left Studio acts solely as a payment intermediary for donation amounts and makes no representation regarding the charitable status of any recipient organization, the tax deductibility of any donation, or the ultimate use of funds by the Producer or any beneficiary.
- By activating the charitable donation feature, the Producer assumes full responsibility for all representations made to donors and all obligations arising from the solicitation and receipt of charitable contributions.
Section 7
Cancellation and Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS ONCE WORK HAS COMMENCED.
"Work commenced" means any configuration, setup, list processing, or communication related to the specific event deployment. Because payment is required before work begins, and work begins upon receipt of payment, all platform fees are non-refundable from the moment payment is received.
This Agreement is a B2B service contract. If the Producer cancels their event for any reason, the ARRIVÉE platform fee is non-refundable. Any accommodation — including credit toward a future event — is at the sole discretion of House Left Studio and is not a term of this Agreement.
Section 8
Data Ownership and Privacy
8.1 Producer Ownership of Event Data
All participant data, registration data, ticketing data, check-in records, and other data created, uploaded, or collected through ARRIVÉE in connection with the Producer's event (collectively, "Event Data") is and remains the sole and exclusive property of the Producer. House Left Studio claims no ownership interest in Event Data.
8.2 House Left Studio's Permitted Uses of Event Data
House Left Studio shall access Event Data only for the following narrowly defined purposes:
- To configure, operate, and provide technical support for the Producer's ARRIVÉE deployment;
- To maintain the security, integrity, and operational health of the ARRIVÉE platform; and
- To comply with applicable law or a lawful order from a court or government authority of competent jurisdiction.
House Left Studio shall not use Event Data for marketing, shall not sell Event Data, shall not share Event Data with any third party except as required for the operation of the platform (e.g., the database infrastructure provider described in Section 8.5), and shall not aggregate, anonymize, or repurpose Event Data for any use beyond the permitted purposes above.
8.3 Producer's Right to Export
The Producer may export Event Data in standard CSV format at any time through the ARRIVÉE admin interface, without notice to or approval from House Left Studio. Exported Event Data is provided in a commercially reasonable format suitable for the Producer's own records, reporting, and migration purposes.
8.4 Producer's Right to Delete
DELETION OF EVENT DATA IS PERMANENT AND IRRECOVERABLE.
The Producer may delete Event Data at any time through the ARRIVÉE admin interface. Deletion removes Event Data from the live database and from House Left Studio's operational systems. House Left Studio cannot recover deleted Event Data once the deletion has been confirmed by the Producer. The Producer is responsible for exporting any Event Data they wish to retain prior to deletion.
8.5 Database Infrastructure Disclosure
ARRIVÉE uses Google Firebase (a service of Google LLC) as its underlying database infrastructure. Event Data is stored on Google Firebase servers and is subject to Google's applicable terms and security practices in addition to the protections of this Agreement. The Producer acknowledges this infrastructure dependency.
8.6 Privacy Law Compliance
The Producer is solely responsible for obtaining any required consent from participants for data collection and processing, and for compliance with all applicable privacy laws. Where the event involves participants who are residents of the European Union or other jurisdictions with specific data protection requirements — including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — the Producer is responsible for ensuring compliance with those requirements. House Left Studio makes no representation as to GDPR compliance on behalf of the Producer.
Section 9
Intellectual Property
The ARRIVÉE platform and all underlying technology, code, design, user interface, documentation, and trademarks (including ARRIVÉE and ARRIVEE) are the exclusive property of House Left LLC. The Producer receives no license, ownership interest, or rights to the platform beyond use of the configured check-in interface for their specific event.
Client branding remains the property of the Producer. House Left Studio uses Producer branding solely to configure the check-in interface. By entering into this Agreement, the Producer grants House Left Studio the irrevocable right to reference the event — including event name, date, venue, and Producer name — for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
House Left Studio's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Producer for the specific event deployment. House Left Studio is not liable for:
- On-site equipment or connectivity failures, including failures of venue Wi-Fi or Producer-provided backup connections;
- Check-in failures resulting from inaccurate or incomplete participant lists provided by the Producer;
- Consequential or indirect damages of any kind;
- Event cancellation or postponement by any party;
- Ticket chargebacks or disputes under the Connected Account model;
- Changes to third-party payment processing fees;
- Loss or corruption of Event Data caused by Producer-initiated deletion (which is irrecoverable);
- The actions or omissions of the Producer in connection with charitable fundraising or donor representations.
The Producer assumes full responsibility for on-site operations, staffing, equipment, internet connectivity, and all representations made to ticket buyers and donors.
Section 11
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas. The Producer consents to personal jurisdiction in Austin, Texas and waives any objection to venue in those courts.
Section 12
General Provisions
- Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to ARRIVÉE services and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements, whether oral or written.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
- Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it in the future.
- Modifications. House Left Studio reserves the right to update these terms for future engagements. The terms in effect at the time of payment govern the specific deployment.
- Independent Contractor. House Left Studio operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the parties.
Acceptance
By submitting payment for ARRIVÉE services, the Producer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement. For events requiring a countersigned copy, a signature-block version is available upon request.
