The Studio · The Capabilities
Studio Capabilities.
What the work is built to support.
House Left operates as a production and media infrastructure partner for independent designers and show producers — providing the systems, tools, and infrastructure that support production from first planning through press and placement.
Studio Capabilities
How the work is actually built.
House Left operates through a combination of production systems, digital infrastructure, and real-time execution tools. This is the working layer — where strategy becomes something tangible, trackable, and deliverable.
Systems & Structure
Where nothing breaks and nothing is missed
Production bibles, run-of-show documents, staffing grids, designer tracking, and timeline management are built into working systems that remain live and usable throughout the process. Updates happen in real time without breaking the flow of the show, allowing every moving part to stay aligned from planning through execution.
Form & Data Infrastructure
Information that actually moves
Jotform systems support onboarding, contract generation, and structured data collection across designers, models, media, and staff. Each submission feeds into a working system, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and usable without being lost across email threads or disconnected files.
Visual Asset Development
Built for the environments they live in
LED content, billboard formatting, digital placements, and publication layouts are developed to exact specifications. Resolution, aspect ratio, playback requirements, and placement context are all considered so that what is created performs correctly when it goes live.
Media & Publication Tools
From content to distribution
Press releases, editorial layouts, digital publications, and media kits are structured for distribution. Content is not only created, but packaged and prepared to move through press channels, digital platforms, and post-event opportunities.
Working Environment
Where everything is handled
Squarespace builds, shared folders, asset libraries, live links, and working dashboards create a centralized environment for production. Files, links, and deliverables are organized in a way that allows them to be accessed, updated, and used without friction.
AI-Supported Production
Used where it actually matters
AI tools are used across planning, content development, and asset generation to support speed, iteration, and scale. These systems function as a working layer within the process — enhancing production without replacing decision-making or creative direction.
Execution Support & Core Tools
Where it all holds — and what makes it work
Run-of-show alignment, cue structure, and production oversight are built so the show can execute cleanly without requiring on-site presence. House Left operates primarily in a remote production capacity, with systems and documentation structured to support the team on the ground.
House Left operates across a structured set of production, media, and publishing tools selected for reliability, speed, and real-world use in live event environments. Jotform supports onboarding, contracts, and data collection. Squarespace (custom code and CMS) is used for site builds and client-facing infrastructure. Google Drive and Dropbox manage production documents, shared systems, and large-scale asset delivery. FlipHTML5 supports digital publications and editorial presentation, while Canva and Adobe tools are used for layout and visual development. CapCut and After Effects are used for motion, LED content, and video assets. AI-supported systems — including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude — are used to accelerate content development, structuring, and iteration. Ticketing and payment systems, including Eventbrite, Stripe, and Zelle, are implemented as directed by production.
On-site production support is available under separate contract. Travel, accommodations, and on-site rates must be confirmed in advance.
