SMS Terms
Section 1
About These Messages
House Left LLC uses SMS for one-to-one conversational messaging with clients, vendors, and contacts directly involved in projects we are actively working on. This is conversational and customer-care messaging only — confirmations, scheduling, project coordination, and replies to inquiries.
We do not run a promotional or marketing SMS program. We do not send mass texts, broadcasts, or marketing campaigns by SMS.
Section 2
Consent
You consent to receive SMS messages from House Left when you:
- Provide your mobile phone number on an intake form, contract, or other communication with House Left
- Initiate a text conversation with us first
- Confirm in writing that SMS is your preferred communication channel for a specific engagement
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Section 3
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Because messaging is conversational, the volume depends on the project, the timing, and what we are coordinating. There is no fixed schedule, no marketing cadence, and no recurring broadcast.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Rates are determined by your mobile carrier and depend on your wireless plan. Contact your carrier for details.
Section 5
How to Stop Receiving Messages
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. We will confirm your opt-out and will not send further messages to that number.
You can also opt out by contacting studio@houseleft.com with the phone number you would like removed.
Section 7
Carrier Support and Disclaimers
Supported carriers in the United States include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most regional and prepaid carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is not guaranteed. Service may be interrupted by network conditions, carrier maintenance, or other factors outside our control.

Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used only to communicate with you about active or prospective work with House Left.
