These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at houseleft.com (the "Site"), operated by House Left LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as House Left Studio ("we," "us," "House Left").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Specific services offered by House Left — including ARRIVÉE event management, billboard placements, press services, and production engagements — are governed by separate service agreements that take precedence over these Terms for the matters they cover.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. You may not:

• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or our clients' information

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting forms or contacting us

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photography, video, logos, brand names ("House Left," "House Left Studio," "ARRIVÉE," "Call Time Magazine," "Advance Model Magazine"), board names, and the design and structure of the Site itself — is the property of House Left LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to Site content for personal or professional reference. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

Productions, designers, publications, and other third parties referenced on the Site retain their own intellectual property rights. Their inclusion on the Site does not constitute or imply endorsement, partnership, or assignment of rights.

Submissions and Inquiries

When you submit information through any intake form, contact form, or other communication channel on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it.

A form submission is an inquiry, not a contract. No engagement begins until both parties have agreed to scope and terms in writing and any required payment has been received.

Information you submit through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
