Section 2

What We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit one of our intake forms, send us an email, request press credentials, inquire about a billboard placement, book a hotel through our group rates, or otherwise contact us. Depending on the form or interaction, this may include:

  • Name, business name, and role
  • Email address and phone number
  • Project details, event details, or production information you choose to share
  • Payment information when you purchase a service (processed by Stripe — we do not store full payment card details)

We also collect limited technical information automatically through our website host (Squarespace), including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is standard analytics data used to understand how the site is used.

Section 3

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes only:

  • To respond to inquiries and proposals
  • To deliver services you have engaged us for
  • To send transactional communications related to your project, booking, or purchase (confirmations, receipts, contracts, scheduling)
  • To process payments through our payment processor
  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

We do not use your information for marketing or advertising purposes. We do not maintain a marketing email list. We do not send unsolicited messages.

Section 4

Who We Share It With

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent needed for them to perform their function:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Squarespace — website hosting and form submissions
  • Google Workspace — email and document storage
  • Production partners and vendors directly involved in delivering services you have engaged us for

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of House Left, our clients, or others.

SMS opt-in data Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. This is a separate, stricter standard than the rest of our data practices.

Section 5

How Long We Keep It

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and meet legal, tax, or contractual obligations. Project records and contracts are typically retained for seven years. ARRIVÉE participant data is retained for one year following the event date as described in the ARRIVÉE Producer Service Agreement. Marketing inquiries and form submissions are retained for as long as the conversation remains active.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting studio@houseleft.com. We will honor deletion requests except where retention is required by law.

Section 6

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These can include the right to access information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, and request information about how it is used. To exercise any of these rights, contact studio@houseleft.com.

If you are a resident of California, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific data protection laws, additional rights may apply under those laws. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes those laws require.

Section 7

Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adult professionals in the fashion industry. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we will delete it.

Section 8

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to information to those who need it to perform their role.

Section 9
